Tremper, New York, at the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, Simply Soupreme crafts wholesome soups that are soy-free, gluten-free, and free of additives or preservatives. ABOUT JASON
Jason’s journey to Simply Soupreme grew out of two decades in food, community work, and wholesale soup production. As former co-owner of Detroit’s Russell Street Deli, he helped build a renowned wholesale soup program that supplied more than 75 regional grocery stores. He later served as Culinary and Product Manager at Project EATS in New York City, and as Director of Foodways at Shorefast on Fogo Island, Canada, deepening his commitment to food justice, sustainability, and community-centered food systems.
